BETA heating panel selection guide

BETA heating panels by ENSTO Finland are available in different dimensions covering the needs of every site. But how to choose the right model for your space?

First of all, you need to know the square or cubic meters that need to be heated (approximately 2,5m height). Then you need to assess insulation of the room.

A rule of thumb is the 15-35Watt/m2 delimitation. For buildings with very good insulation (i.e. contemporary hybrid aluminum house frames and very good wall and roof insulation), energy consumption is 15Watt/m2.

For buildings with good insulation (i.e. contemporary aluminum house frames and very good wall and roof insulation), energy consumption is 25Watt/m2.

For buildings with medium insulation (i.e. contemporary aluminum house frames and basic wall and roof insulation), energy consumption is 35Watt/m2.

According to the following table which should be used for reference only and shows equivalence of BETA heaters with insulation and room dimensions (square or cubic meters), you can choose the right model for you. For example, for a place of 10m2 with medium insulation you need to install the 1000Watt BETA model.
